Audiovisual laboratory addressing the emerging social and technological reverberations of urban change. Starting point is the ruins of the former allotment garden-site in Stuttgarter Straße, Karlsruhe, which was cleared due to pollutant contamination in the soil and speculative restructuring measures. It has remained for quite a while in a construction freeze with the emergence of unforeseen costs due to the disposal of the contaminating elements.
