A candle sitting inside of a lantern is suspended in the air. A camera is hanging orthogonally above the candle, capturing the image of the flame sitting in the middle of a "circle" touching upon the "circumference". The image of the flame generates acoustic waves, propagated by a transducer hanging next to the lantern, focused on the flame. The air-waves interact with the flame, the image transposes itself through sound. Where one ends, the other begins in a continuous cycle. Through speed, in time the threshold disappears. Visitors can modulate the flame placing their hands in an infrared field.
The temporal distance between events suggests continuity despite apparent incongruity. The excursion from a balanced state leaves traces, nuances of passing encounters. The centre projects itself in a sequence of coincidences.
